Initial Consultation

Finalise
We confirm logistics, timings and final numbers so everything is ready and seamless on the day.
Arrival
We arrive two hours before your guests to set up our mobile bar and prepare for a flawless service.

FAQs
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend at least two weeks notice. In busier periods, booking early is advised.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking.
Cancellation policy?
The 50% deposit is non‑refundable. You may reschedule free of charge if the new date falls within 12 months and we have availability.
Where do you serve?
We provide our services across mainland UK.
How many bartenders?
Each bartender caters for 35 guests. We have a team of 5 bartenders ready to serve.
Setup time?
Setup and teardown takes 2 hours in total.
What's included?
Alcohol, fresh ingredients, ice, premium glassware, our mobile bar unit, professional mixologists, setup and clean‑down.
Mocktails available?
Yes. We offer a dedicated Mocktail package (alcohol‑free only), and our cocktail packages let you choose cocktails. Every cocktail can also be made as its alcohol‑free mocktail equivalent.
